Hashemiye residential project
This project is on eight roofs in the area of Hashemiyeh Boulevard and Hashemiyeh Street in a land area of 250 square meters as a single unit on each floor with the aim of designing and building luxury residential units with a unique design in harmony with the mood, tastes and lifestyle of a Iranian family with all the facilities needed for a luxury building.
The facilities foreseen in the project include:
The project has 5 units of 165 square meters with 3 bedrooms and one unit of 135 square meters with 3 bedrooms on the sixth floor with 30 square meters of private yard.
Project start: 10/01/1402 – End of project 10/01/1403 – Infrastructure area 2750 meters.
Electrical installations equipped with BMS system.
Separate mechanical cooling and heating facilities for each unit.
Designing a green roof with the provision of a communal space with gazebos and barbecues.
Luxury courtyard and entrance design with special lighting and atmosphere.
Anticipation of a non-disturbing parking lot for each residential unit.
