Mehdi residential project

This project is on eight roofs in the Abbasi cross-border area and on Mehdi Street in a land of 240 square meters as a single unit on each floor with the aim of designing and building luxury residential units with a unique design in harmony with the spirit, tastes and lifestyle of a Iranian family with all the facilities needed for a luxury building.

The project has 5 units of 175 square meters with 3 bedrooms and one unit of 150 square meters with 3 bedrooms on the sixth floor with 30 square meters of private yard.

Electrical installations equipped with BMS system.

Separate mechanical cooling and heating facilities for each unit.

Designing a green roof with the provision of a communal space with gazebos and barbecues.

Luxury courtyard and entrance design with special lighting and atmosphere.

Anticipation of a non-disturbing parking lot for each residential unit.

Modern facade design with unique lighting.
